Libby sat on the deck of the ship it was a quiet day most of the people on the boat were in the hogwart's school but being ten she really hated to leave the ship with out Viktor. Libby didn't understand how she got to come on this trip she wasn't even in school yet and she never did get why Viktor wanted her out here while he was around his friends. It was lame after all to have a little sister tagging along. Wipping her eyes she didn't want anyone seeing her cry she was lonely with no one her age to talk to or play with but she was not a wimp no she was strong.
Leaning back in her chair she grabbed a book and started to flip through it it was one she already read but she had run out of things to read the trip here was long and Viktor was busy with friends. The age difference never got to her until now, now that she was left behind while he went on dates or while he was being chased by half of that stupid school yes now it bugged her a little. Libby would never say anything to Viktor about the sudden fears she had in her heart with one of them being he was going to forget about her. Standing up she placed her book on the chair and walked over to the railing from the boat watching some of the drumstang boys working out.

Viktor was feeling a bit stressed and strained recently. He didn't know why Karkoff wanted Libby to come or why their parents thought it was a good idea. He didn't mind it he really didn't. She was getting a small look at all of what she would see in the next year when she started school. Still he was trying to juggle dates with Fleur. Fleur had caught him totally by surprise and he was spending time thinking about her that he couldn't concentrate on something until he forced himself to stop. Then there was his friends that didn't like to have his little sister tagging along with them everywhere he went. He hated having to leave her behind. The age difference mattered not to him and it never had. However, he could see now where it would probably bug her a little bit.
He finished his quick work out and headed to get changed and showered. It didn't take him long to head up to the deck of the ship. It wasn't that his closest friends minded having Libby around. He'd seen Stella playing with his sister and Lance always had some song to play for her. Mal was a gentlemen and someone he trusted to take Libby off the ship if he wanted too. However the friends of his age didn't want anything to do with her which was starting to make him angry and he didn't get angry. He shook it off as he walked up behind is sister as she watched his fellow classmates work out.
"I am sorry Libby. I hate having to leave you alone." He admitted to his little sister his face full of sadness and concern. "You know there is no vay I vould forget about you right." He was sure that his sister was having many feelings about not being involved in what he was doing. He just hopped she would understand that he would not forget about her. There was no way that he ever could forget about her. [/blockquote]

Lost in a daydream she watched the boys on the ground there was so much she could be doing at home right now like painting, taking a few side classes and hanging out with friends but now she is sitting on this boat watching all this boys working out because no one would let him off this ship without Viktor or that head master guy Karkoff. She didn't understand why it was so important that she was here all it did was starting to do was drive her crazy. True no one made fun of her no one would dare she was Viktor's little sister. Shaking her head she tried so hard not to think about it she brushed a tear away from her eyes as she looked to the sky and smiled Kiki was flying around the boat she really loved that bird.
"Oh Kiki are you confused as much as I am?" she asked the sky not knowing that her older brother was behind her. She was only ten she didn't have anything to play with just books and her stetch pad so she could draw, there was no one here that was her age. Libby was grateful to the ones that did pay attention to her and sometimes filled her time here with company and fun but she was starting to get really home sick. She didn't fit in and that was really hurting her self essteem. Later she was going to have to send Kiki home with a letter to her father asking to send her coloring books and colored pencils or something and books more books she had to do something to pass the times she was stuck on this boat alone.
Turning around she leaned against the railing and looked up at her very tall brother and smiled but frowned as he spoke. She saw the sadness in his face and that killed her just another blow to her already confused thoughts she was ten after. "It's okay Brother you have school and other things that need to be done. I'm alright" she said as happily as she could she didn't want to worry him so the best thing she could do was be okay. "Viktor don't worry about me I'm fine I have books and my drawings" she said with a big smile before she jumped at him hugging him as best she could with her small arms.

To tell the complete honest truth Viktor was not all to sure why his parents had made Libby come. He knew that his sister could be having fun with her friends back at home right about now. There had to be something special with this Tournament that made her follow them. Then it dawned on him. "Libs there's another girl here around your age. Fleur's little sister, She'd not of school age either." He was going to have the two meet up and hopefully they would be good companions for eachother. Viktor had no clue if they would get along. Gabrielle seemed to have the same personality as himself. He wasn't exactly sure how old the younger one was though. He'd been paying attention but not paying attention when Fleur had told him. He was a typical guy sometimes and forgot things right after he was told. He looked up to the sky watching a red tail hawk circle the ship. Kiki has come with Libby was well. He wanted her to be happy but even her could tell that she was home sick.
She was trying to sound happy for him so he did put on a soft smile. Then she jumped at him hugging him and he in one move picked her up and hugged her back. He was tall enough to still be able to carry his little sister should she wanted to ever be carried. He put her back down as he finished hugging her with a bigger smile on his face not. "How about ve go and get you some art supplies. There is a little shop in Hogsmeade that sells such things." He only knew this from the times that he had been there. He knew his little sister liked to draw and read. He would do what he could to make her a little better then just okay. He was a protective older brother after all. He looked down at his classmates and waited for his sister to respond.

Libby looked up at her brother she didn't want to be mean but she didn't want to make friends and have to move back to never see them again. Smiling she nodded “Hmm okay vell I'll have to look around find her if your headmaster would let me off the boat alone” she answered softly she didn't really know what to say she didn't want to dismiss his suggestion but she also didn't want to make friends she was never going to see again. There was another reason she didn't want to meet this girl she didn't want to see that girl Fleur all over her brother it was bad enough he didn't seem to have time for her. She wanted to go home no one liked her being here she could tell people were riding him for having his baby sister here and she didn't like it.
After he hugged her and put her down she looked up to him to listen to him speak he wanted to go off the boat and take her with him, she was not sure if she was aloud to leave she remembered her father telling her not to leave the boat but she wanted to see this school and see more of this place then just this stupid boat. “Is it safe to leave the ship? Daddy told me not to and that head master guy said only vith him” she said scared she didn't want to get in trouble but then again art supplies and books sounded great. Following his eyes she looked at the kids below “No one wants me here do they?” she whispered softly she could only picture her first year in this school next year now.

Viktor didn't want his baby sister to hate him. He knew he had not been a good brother lately with going off with Fleur and everything. He was sure that his sister in a sense resented that. She was ten after all and he was sure that she didn't exactly understand the matters of love for another person. He was falling pretty hard for Fleur and it was the first time any female made him feel the way Fleur made him feel. On top of that Libby was seeing the way the other treated him with his fame. He was held to such a high callibur that he wasn't even sure he'd make it through the year without going completely insane. His parents owls weren't helping him much either. They were constantly telling him how to care for his sister and to keep her out of danger. She was ten she could make mistakes now too. It was a part of growing up. She needed the ability to roam and to get to know things like he had gotten the chance to do. However she was the only girl and his father was overly protective of her just like he was.
However he couldn't get it through to his parents that he would not let anything happen to his sister. He took a deep breath and looked up to the sky. He was a seventh year and if this year didn't kill him he'd come out stronger on the other side he was sure. Viktor smiled genuinely at his baby sister. She made everything better. However the words coming out of her mouth made him concerned. He was not sure how to qualm her fears about everything. "It is safe to leave the ship. However you do need to pay close attention to vhere you step and vhere you go. There are many things here that ve do not have at out school." It was safe enough for her to walk off the ship but he could understand why Karkoff wanted her to be with him.
"That is not true. Many here have younger siblings as vell. Some younger then you. Its just that they are not used to having the young ones here. Karkoff is vorried because our parents have put on pressure to him to keep you safe. You should explore however. I know it seems odd to be making friends vith people that live so far away from us but you never know vhen ve might need their help." That was the honesty truth. At some point they might meet up again for a job or something and it would be nice to see friendly faces in the first place. He took his little sisters hand. "Come I'll be vith you the vhole vay there so there is nothing to fear." He began to move them off the ship a smile on his face. [/blockquote]
