"Oh he is so dead to me" Narcissa muttered gathering her weapons and putting on her steel toed boots. She had left Sabrina with Andromeda for the afternoon because she did not want her daughter to see this. She dipped two fingers in the black war paint and ran her fingers on her cheeks she looked like a warrior maiden with her black tanktop andher clampflogue pants. Tying a strip of black fabric in her hair, she was ready. She put the weapons in her bag and walked downstairs to the war zone.
"Lucius?" she called with a sly smirk on her face.

Lucius was sitting by the fireplace. He was filling in a report for the idiots at the ministry who seemed incapable of working out where anything was and what to do with it if they found it. He sighed and placed his quill down, staring with a slightly affectionate smirk at the subtly insulting letter he had written. All he had to do was to wait for the ink to dry and he would send it off. Not that they would get it, but he could enjoy the moment none the less.
He heard the soft voice of his wife from somewhere in the house so rose. He brushed his clothes down and made his way out to meet her.
The site that greeted him made him his an elegant eyebrow. It was not often that he saw his wife in muggle clothes. He had always assumed she was above that stuff.
"What in the name of God are you doing, my dear? And..." He looked her up and down, disgust marring his features. "What on earth are you doing in muggle clothes?"

Narcissa pulled a dagger out of her belt, throwing it at the portrait of Lucius. She was iin a bad mood, and she intended on making Lucius pay. "Dont give me this Lucius Albraxas Malfoy, Im getting back at you for hurting our children, except for Sabrina. But her time will come soon." she drew her sword from it's holder on her belt. "This.Is.Payback." she said giving him a wicked glance. "I have tolarated all the BS from you, I played my part in being your wife." she snarled "Soon I might go bac to being Miss Black and im taking the kids with me. They are not safe around you." she said whacking him with her cast iron frying pan. "If you are wondering where are youngest is? she is with Andy and Ted. And if you can't be the man I used to know then I going to live with Andromeda and Ted."

Lucius stared at her like she was a lunatic, but his anger flared up when the knife hit the portrait. His wife was giving him hell for this? He made one mistake and everyone over-reacted. Walk out with the kids? Why? Because he hit his child once? His mother had not taken him away when he was beaten.
he ducked to avoid the frying-pan, briefly wondering how much she had bribed the house elves to give it to her. Before he pulled out his wand and destroyed it, getting rid of one of the weapons for sure.
"Not safe around me!? Once! You are over-reacting Cissy. You have always known I have had a temper and you think my children shouting at me, destroying furniture and ripping my cheek open with a shard of glass while asking to be hit is going to keep me calm?
He gave a dark laugh.
"You chose to be my wife. I have never asked anything of you. I have never hit you and you know I never would and this..."
He gestured to the weapons.
"This is how you want to solve it? Violence? Don't be such a hypocrite Cissy.

The anger inside of her flared, "OUR DAUGHTER IS GIVING HER BLOOD TO A VAMPIRE!" she yelled at him
" ALL THANKS TO YOU!" She calmed down to save her anger for when she would put her martial arts to good use. "I am sick and tired of being the concrete angel, Your mother did it and look where she ended up. 6 feet underground!" she soon had her wand pointed at him "push me over the edge and I cut your hair." she snarled "And i will damage your face even more. Just remember I have suffered for you, by being tortured to near insanity."

He looked away from her angry face, his temper rising, but the hurt rising as well. It was a few moment's later that he looked back. He stared at her, his own wand by his side, he was far from wanting this battle.
His eyes were sad and confused, his words might have had a sob in there somewhere but it was difficult to tell under the layers of pain.
"I don't want this Cissy. I never did. I thought I was strong enough to be a good father. I thought I could do it. I thought your love would keep me going.
I don't want to hurt you or our children."
His eyes flashed with an unknown emotion and he shouted, but it was a cry of pain.
"I didn't want that Cissy. I never meant for you to be hurt. I would have died before I let him hurt you. If I had known..."
He shook his head, feeling more human than he had in a long time, and it hurt.

Narcissa was becoming very angry, she sighed at him. She looked at his grey eyes and and frowned, "I thought so too. I thought you would be the one to end it all, I tried to stop your father once and in the process I got hurt." she said with a hint of sadness, she hugged him. " I am sorry Luce but I can't become like your mother. I love you" she murmured before pulling out a pair of scissors to cut his hair. She dropped themwith he yelled at her. "I-I-I Cant believe you Lucius, I gave you all my love and it does not seem to change you from your father's cold, Dark, shadow" she whispered.

He pulled back in suprise as she started to shout, his grey eyes clouding with confusion.
"What are you talking about!?
I said I never wanted you to be hurt.
I said I would die for you to keep you safe.
My father may have loved my mother, but he would have let her die before he died."
He turned away from her, sinking his hands into his hair as he faced away his voice muffled by his hands.
"I can't understand you anymore Cissy. One minuite you love me and you are a wonderful wife, the next minute you freak out and try to hurt me, becuase in your twisted brain your abuse will fix the abusive houehold.
I may not be perfect but do not pretend you are either."

Narcissa put down her wand and pulled up her left pantleg to reveal her leg covered with bruises from that night when they escaped to a movie, "When I watched you get hurt by your father I tried to step in after you were out. I got hurt by your father, emotionally and physically" she said shaking her head.
She took a deep breath, "I have seen your pain and I've felt it. This is the protective Mama lioness side of me, this is an intervention." She gave a look of 'I am worried for you' to him, "Nobody is perfect, but I want us to avoid getting to the point where we scar our children for life, Lucius dont be like your father." Narcissa truly cared for him, she needed him to see that and for him to understand that she was serious about possibly leaving him.

He gently reached forward, resting his hands on her shoulders and looking down into her blue eyes.
"I know. I know Cissy. I know this is hard for you.
It is hard for me too."
He stroked the side of her neck with his thumb and spoke again, this time his voice was softer, more gentle. He spoke in the same voice he had used when he had told her that she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.
"I am trying Cissy, I really am.
It's just... It's like I am trying to escape him and I will, I know I can. But I need time and help, I need your love."

Narcissa Leaned back onto him and placed her head along his neck, She blinked her blue eyes at him.
"I never wanted this fight in the first place" she said very solemnly. "If we should fight it should be over a musical compeition" she wanted for him to cheer up. "Luce, I need to support you now, no more weapons, no more wars. I need to show you the right way." after she said this, she pressed her lips to his and let him chose what they should do now.

She felt so warm against his chest, and with her there he felt peace. He rested his head gently on hers as she spoke. Before he looked up to watch her as he spoke sofly.
"That's all I have ever wanted, that's all I need."
Then her soft lips were on his and it made him feel complete, just like it had when they were first married. He let their lips remain together for a moment, before he lent back and looked at her, his eyes gone dark with lust.
"Do you want this Cissy, now?"
He purred at her, gently.

The postion of her being on his chest just felt so right to her, his head on hers. She listeneed to his words. "I guess when I first heard about this from Amy and Snape, I got really upset." she said before placing her cherry red lips on his. She gave a smile once they pulled away.
"Of course I do, where would I be without you?" she purrred back, she backflipped onto the couch and raised her eyebrow to see what he would say about her ability to back flip.She was a gymast when she was young, and she competed when she was in her teens during the summer.

He grinned at her words and his grin only widened as his flipped to the sofa. He had always suspected she could do some amazing stuff, but this was very good. her gymnastic ability only made it more exciting for him.
He followed her over the sofa, his steps careful and measured, his fingers brushing lightly against the material of the sofa and he looked his wife up and down.
Finally his sat down calmly, his fingers brushing against her calves.
"Hmm... I think it was very mean of you to keep that little secret from me Cissy."
He shook his head, as though disappointed, but he knew she could see the playful lust in his eyes.
