- fried food. She tried some on a shopping trip with her mother once and it made her ill for 5 days.
- the sun. She burns easily and it hurts so she tries to avoid being outside int he sun without an umbrella and a coating of suncream.

- She is only 8 but being a veela Gabrielle has no problem charming most people into giving her her own way.
- Learning. Like a small toddler Gabrielle learns thinks quickly. It could be her veela inheritance or it could be her natural cleverness; whatever it is she has never had a problem reading a book and remembering what she reads.
- Singing and dancing. She loves dancing in the rain but but her by a piano and give her voice a boost in volume and she will happily sing the night away. Give her a dancing partner and she'll dance their shoes off
- Ancient runes. Ever since she was a small child Gabrielle has been obsessed with ancient Egypt and as she got older that interest spread onto ancient runes, which have been found at almost all known Egyptian burial sites
- She has ambition and she isn't afraid to go for what she wants.
WEAKNESSES:[/color]
- As book smart as she might be Gabrielle hasn't had much practical experience in using the spells she reads about so enthusiastically so her duelling skills leave a lot to be desired.
- She is quick to loose her temper. She blames her mother for this since the older woman is the same. Gabrielle walks away from people who she gets annoyed with though, rather than claw their faces off like her mother is want to do.
- Potions. As in she is terrible. In her home school she is the only child that can be given a pickled frog eye and a tea spoon of gilly water and cause an explosion.
- She is extremely loyal to her family and her country
- She lets her family control her. As the youngest she is protected by everyone in her family from everything. They don't notice that Gabrielle is slowly bending and she will snap soon.

When she was 4 Gabrielle decided she was going to be a explorer and so armed with her mothers wand (stolen) she headed off into the world looking for new undiscovered places. She didn't find any new countries but she did meet her very first red cap.

Being old and alone in her family home, her sister married and happy but she never got the chance to meet anyone and fall in love or even achieve her ambition because her family didn't want her to be hurt so they locked her up her and forgot about her.

the sea. She has always loving being in water but most of the time she has to settle for a huge bath.

Gabrielle is, for an 8 year old, very confident. She has grown up in her sisters shadow and because of that she is very focused on doing her best at everything. She is a bit of a book worm but she still likes to spend time with her friends, doing hair and practicing dance moves. She is one of those children that when you first see them you label them as snobby and rude but she isn't like that at all, she likes to run (especially in the rain) and spend time alone but she doesn't make an effort to distance herself.
Really she is like any other 8 year old French girl.

Growing up in France was as easy as it sounds. Gabrielle had everything she ever wanted but it came for a price (in her mind) and it was her freedom. Being the youngest of a pureblood family she has been wrapped in cotton wool since the moment she left her mothers womb and its only now she has experienced life at boarding school that she has realized that she lives in a cage. As beautiful as her home is she sees bars everywhere she looks now.

Girls in France start school at 8 so it hasn't taken her long to figure out that the only way she will prove that she is big enough to face the world without her parents standing over her shoulders or her big sister glaring death at anyone brave enough to still approach after seeing the two older french with wands out.

She hopes that Hogwarts will be a prefect time to prove herself. She knows what she wants to do and that's experience life. She may only be 8 but for a french woman that was old enough to be allowed a glass of wine at each meal sitting and so in england she assumed it was surely old enough to make a few friends.
