Her hair fell to her waist and caught the sunlight streaming through the windows. It shone a ruby red and her dark brown eyes were watching the colours of it shift and change as she twirled a strand between her fingers. It was lunchtime and Flitwick had given permission for her to stay in his classroom and do some homework, not wanting to have to deal with another fight with a gryffindor girl in the library. She wasn't doing homework, that would be an absurd idea. In stead she was lounging around and waiting for the hour to pass. She didn't have many friends, not because of a horrible personality, but because she never bothered to make them. The people closed to her were her house mates, but relationships between Slytherins were either incredibly strong or slightly wary.
She licked her lips, knowing she had another detention later, one which she was sure she would get yelled at by Snape for. She was already in some trouble at school, but most teachers seemed to have adapted to her sometimes bitchy personality. It wasn't her way exactly, she was just testing the waters to see how far she could push people before they snapped.
She could fear footsteps from outside, they seemed to be approaching the classroom, he didn't move though, she merely inclined her head toward the door, dark brown eyes interested.

Lunch time and once again Serina was skipping, not because she wasn't hungry but because she didn't feel like sitting in a loud dining hall while someone from a table over asked her to pass the potatoes, I mean how rude, not only did these people shout over to her but they expected her to hand them over nicely when she could see they had their own dishes of potatoes on their table already. Ok so sure walking over with her hips swaying and a smile on her lips, only to up end the plate of potatoes on the idiot boys head during dinner last night had been a bit much, but he had asked for it. Anyone within hearing distance could back her up in that one. Just the memory of the self satisfied smirk falling off the boys face as the buttered potatoes fell off his head and rolled around his table was worth the threat of detention off her head of house. She didn't have detention, that she knew of anyway, she had just been warned. Not sure of the castle layout yet Serina let her feet take her where they wanted while she occupied herself with inspecting the various paintings in the halls, she was a bit of an artist herself so she liked to see if she could pick up any new ideas from the paints here, there was so many though so had no hope to ever seen them all. Passing one she had seen every time she had a charms class; Serina stopped she liked this painting the first time she had seen it and since then it had only grown on her. It was a portrait of Lady Persephone de Gare, she was a 16th Century vampire who had name a name for herself by only drinking from woman. With nothing better to do Serina figured it was time for her to start her owe version of the portrait. Not wanting to sit down on the floor while she drew the 6th year decided that the charms class wouldn't miss one chair. Her decision made Serina slowly pushed open the door tot he classroom; she expected it to be empty, after all everyone else was supposed to be at lunch “Oh my apologizes“ Moving into the room Serina offered the girl sitting in there a small shrug of her shoulders “I had thought this room would be deserted“ Comment: The OUTFIT

Scarlett's eyebrow rose as the girl walked in and she licked his red lips. The girl was beautiful. She gave her a once over, eyes focused on the girl before she glanced away, a smirk slipping across her features. "Oh, it's no problem. Flitwick lets me sit in her sometimes." She paused, watching her for a moment. The girl looked older than her, but not by much. Scarlett knew most of her year and she was sure that she was not younger. "Scarlett Rosen. And you are? Not many people come round here, homework?"
She resisted the idea to lick her lips again. Scarlett was not going to deny she was interested in the girl, not going to deny that the girl was drop dead gorgeous. Though she was a gryffindor, she managed not to wrinkle her nose at the thought, instead she managed to give the girl a sharp grin.

Blinking at the rapid fire of questions Serina moved to lean against the table facing Scarlett, it meant she had her back to the front but since class wasn't in session right now she was confident she could get away with it "Serina Black" She interrupted before the other girl could get anymore questions in.
"No I'm not here to do homework. I tend to procastrate" She admitted; rest on the edge f the table behind her Serina took in the girl she found herself alone with, the bright red hair was the first thing she noticed but then she imagined thats what Scarlett was aiming for when she dyed it.
"My plan was to commander a chair but," She grinned "It looks like you caught me." She had always been a bit of a flirt even with the people she didn't know, it was what she was used to, even though in most cases she used flirting as a way to defend herself against the leeches of the world.
She hadn't felt the need to defense herself against her new found father though; then again she hadn't really seen much of him, after he had given ehr a room and access to his vault she hadn't seen him apparent from every other morning when he had an early shift in work.
Not that she was so bothered, she had enjoyed her time alone though the most excited thing she had done was read up on her family history and get fitted for her school robes.

"Black?" She chuckled lightly and shook her head, the very name amused her. A Black, why was she not surprised? She looked up a smile coming to her face as the other girl spoke. "Don't steal the chair. Stay, I couldn't bare to be alone. I am so lonely." She gave an over dramatic pout and widened her dark brown eyes, fluttering her eye-lashes and finishing it out with a smile that could kill. Scarlett's drama was legendary, it had got her out of more than a couple of situations and she was hoping it would keep her in this one. She liked this girl, she seemed nice and more interesting than most of the fools that seemed to occupy the school, even is Serina was a Gryffindor, she was Ok. Plus she was a Black and they were loads of fun, if a bit crazy. She tilted her head up to look at the dust drifting in the sunlight and considered how long it would be before she got bored of this girl. She hoped it wouldn't be too soon, this girl was pretty.

Serina smirked; she knew this game, she played it herself so the big eyes and the dazzling smile only served to boost her interest slightly in the other girl "I'm still here" And it was true enough, she had a little warm patch on the edge of the table she was braced against and she saw no reason not to stay, she could draw her own version of the painting outside when she didn't have someone so interested in her being around.
Lowering her lashes Serina watched as Scarlett seems to turn her charm up, if she was honest Serina was loving the sudden attention. She may have hated her life before Hogwarts but what she hadn't counted on was missing the attention. Being pimped out had meant that before she had gotten all the attention and now she found she just blended in with the crowds here.
She wasn't the prettiest or the smartest girl here and it was almost like culture shock, though she still did get the odd guy trying to grab her attention but she knocked them down. Missing attention and wanting it back where two different things. For sure Serina would drink poison before she went back to who she was in Jamaica.
Nibbling on her bottom lip she settled her arms behind her so she could lean against them, leaning back on her arms Serina felt her top rid up slightly.

Nobody who knew Scarlett would say she was shy or timid. Even those who didn't know Scarlett could hazard a guess that she was pretty outright, the hair wasn't exactly subtle. She twisted to face the girl completly, she liked to get a better view of pretty girls. "I havn't seen you around, I would remember if I had." She liked the banter the girl engaged in, not many were willing to mess around so much, they were all shy and coy. Not many were open and Scarlett loved it, flirting was a big part of her life and she wanted to exploit this oppurtunity as much as possible.
"I noticed and my dear, you made my day." She shifted closer, the smirk finding it's way back onto her face as the girl's top rode up. She didn't even try to hide her staring at the girls waist, her eyes flickering between her face and her waist and very delibratly, she looked her in the eyes and licked her lips.
