Well we all know and love Peeves now don't we. He's a rather lonely poltergeist who loves to cause trouble for anyone and everyone. He enjoys the pranksters though and listens both to dumbledore and the bloody baron.
He just needs some people to entertain him and for him to entertain. Any plotting you can come up with would be appreciated.
