I am not bothered about a god-mother, she could jsut be without one. Maybe Narcissa had promised Andromeda that she would be the God-mother of her children when they were young and refuses to make another person their God-mother, even though she hates her???

Well they could have been, but she's five years older than Severus and back in his school days he didn't really talk to a whole lot of women (except for Lily) because he never knew how to act around them. I think for Sev and 'Cissy they probably grew close through Lucius. I don't think Severus would randomly come over for a visit since he also has this weird notion in his head that he has to be invited first. If you want something like that then you would have to start. If not then maybe we can just have them meet randomly.
