Shendeth is the person who, as soon as you think you're starting to understand him, will do something entirely unexpected. Unpredictable, dark, mysterious; why bother to be himself when it's far better to keep them guessing? One thing everyone seems to agree on though, often the first word used to describe him, is strange. Maybe he's just a creepy kid, or likes it that way, but it's said that there's definitely something off about him. Exactly what depends on the attention of the person doing the saying. His haughty manner of acting, the fact that he is more than capable of murder. Or just his appearance.

At the moment, these might be few and far between. Though it could be old school friends or anyone he happens to meet that can tolerate him. He's hard to get to know but if he likes you and can count you as a friend then he'll stay your friend.

if it's a fight i'm ready to go
Having joined the Death Eaters, killed people, and shown many stereotypical Slytherin characteristics during his school years, Shen will have an abundance of enemies. He doesn't care what people think of him or show anger much but holds grudges forever. Open to anyone, especially with some nice juicy plotting.

you're such a gorgeous nightmare
Shendeth is an aromantic asexual. Except for dear Scarlett, this will be pretty much one-sided on your character's part. But by all means, do not let that stop you! If your character is a girl than he may indulge them a little to make Scarlett jealous, or for whatever reasons you may come up with. Bonus points for creepy stalkers.

Just family. They weren't always the first thing on his mind; but you've only got one after all. Though he pretty much disowned himself. Looking especially for OC Gryffindor Potter siblings, but please be here to stay. I always imagine them as a large family.

You asked for half-siblings, but I'm not quite sure Liya was what you had in mind... The first word one would use to describe her, also, would be strange. Mostly because she doesn't speak, but also because, if you can look into her eyes long enough without being creeped out enough to run away, you'll see a cold emptiness there. In short, her mother's death damaged her in more ways than one, and her knife-like eyes express this in clearest fashion. As to any relationship she may have with Shen... Though he's younger, I see his being quite protective of Liya, once they get to know each other. While Liya herself would be distant at first - her mother, the one person whom was always supposed to be there for her died suddenly, and she knows next to nothing about her father, so it's t be expected - but she would gradually warm up to Shen. Who knows, Shen may be the one to get her speaking again...

Anything you'd like to add/take away is completely welcome! XD

Yes, I can see Harry get just as mad as one of James' rages, though it's not so much out of anger or disappointment that Shen is a member of the Death Eaters (should he find out before they see each other. Or spot the Dark Mark that probably is proudly on Shen's arm as they meet), but more so out of having felt such loss and pain in losing him trying to get out of his system... To be more accurate about their relationship other than the obvious, I can spot them having quite the love-hate relationship between each other. They do share a (small) number of interests, though where they do get off at others. But that is to be expected when it comes down to the split between the males. In Harry's mind, however, these don't matter because, to him: no matter what the circumstances are, he's still Shen's brother, and he has- no, wants, to care.

Shendeth & Harry:
Yeah, all of that sounds right. Shen's attitude toward Harry is of 'good riddance' and he is indeed very proud to be a Death Eater. He wouldn't admit to missing Harry, though he does have inner doubts about this whole thing. However and maybe because of that, if he saw Harry coming he would be inclined to Disapparate immediately; so either Harry stops him or he can't when they do meet. Which could happen anywhere outside Hogwarts really.

Well, I would think that they're best friends. XD I do think that they differ in some way, though. Theo's kind of...lost in his own world most of the time. He also really doesn't want to be a Death Eater and does everything in his power not to let anyone know. I did list that Shen, with Blaise and his [Theo's] sister Christina, are the only ones that really know. I really...really suck at plotting. D:

Alright, cool... Want to thread a sort of angst thing where they just accidentally bump into each other in Diagon Alley or something? Like, Harry could be setting up his shop for the day, and, since Shen doesn't know that Harry was willed the ice cream parlor, might have passed by it (for whatever reason you may come up with at your own will), freaking out and disapparating when he sees that he's there? Harry could have also seen the other and have a similar reaction... Though it would probably only fuel him to scourge Knockturn Alley that way.

Yep. ^^ They are very much alike though. Theo sounds a bit.. saner.. but I imagine they would both be able to be silly with each other, at least in the past, even if Shen always keeps his own secrets. As for being Death Eaters, its probably the same on both ends; almost nobody except for Theo, who won't tell, really knows where Shen is or that he's even alive since he hasn't gone back to school. But of course they will still keep in contact. Shen won't be all too encouraging to Theo; he has many reasons for wanting to be a Death Eater, but actually being loyal to the Dark Lord is not among them. We can have a thread where they meet up?

I have never before heard the word 'sane' and Theo in one sentence. XD I think so too-the two of them being friendly with each other. (Although, Theo will probably quit acting so if anyone else happens to appear in the picture.) He has 0 motivation to be a Death Eater. Non-whatsoever. Christina's not in any danger, as far as he's concerned, so he doesn't even have a family obligation to do so. -cough-Malfoy-cough- I would assume, what with him being stuck at school while his best mate isn't, Shen better keep in contact or have an angry Nott on his hands. XD I'd love to do a thread! Do you want to start, or should I?[/font]
