HERMIONE JEAN GRANGER [/font]   Hermione tends to bottle up her emotions, which is not a good thing in the long run since she hardly shares her feelings with anyone other than her closest friends. She is a true and loyal friend, always funny and caring, though she can be a bit concerned if someone puts themselves down and so tries to raise their spirits. Although she has a fiery temper, she doesn't get bothered by the littlest insult or if someone happens to call her Mudblood (which happens more than you would think). It all washes right off of her and she's able to keep a cool, collected head. She strays away from letting people close, having spent most of her childhood getting picked on. She puts up a front that she's happy but most of the time it's hard for her to feel anything. Hermione is an individual and will not back down on any of her values. When she believes in something, you'll have a hard time pulling her away from the issue. She never lets her guard down on anything and always tries her hardest to prepare herself for the unexpected.
When Hermione was younger, she was an insufferable know-it-all, but now she is much more mature and understanding. She occassionally bosses people around from time to time, as well as nagging them to do the right thing, but she does it all with good intentions. She's nice to all who are nice to her since she believes in the quote 'treat others how you would want them to treat you' but if you make an enemy out of her, it'd be wise to butt out. She's not afraid to use any of the spells she's learned thus far to quiet a menace. Hermione has a brilliant mind, having memorized many, many spells in the process, and can reason her way through difficult situations that otherwise stump everyone else. Her eyes hold a wise-ness that is rare for someone her age and she is able to pick up another's vibes and emotions and figure out how to act based on such information.  I can see her having a wide range of acquaintances with a small range of friends, possibly no more than 2. She's a very private person and keeps her emotions hidden, not wanting anyone to think her weak. She's very loyal and caring to those she does befriend and will defend them no matter what the circumstance. She can be rather fierce and intimidating when she chooses though that's mainly aimed toward the object of disgust.  As of now, Hermione doesn't have any love interests and has never been in a real relationship, having strewn away from any sort of closeness for fear of vulnerability. Though she won't admit it, she fears rejection and is scared to put herself on the line like that. So if you have any ideas, shoot 'em my way, I'm open-minded<3  She'd most likely have a lot of enemies, mostly Slytherins who like to poke fun at her blood status or any other ghastly thing they can come up with. She doesn't discriminate based on house, however, so enemies can be from any house. There are certainly a couple in Gryffindor Hermione could vouch her hatred for. NYX - Sexy Lesbian Vamp who likes preying on young women, seducing them and feeding from them (she doesn't kill)
LUCIUS - Well, we all know about Lucey baby -huggles Lucius-.....
Charlie - Tough, tomboy 7th year girl in ravenclaw. She would be friends, she nice but a bit rough.
Scarlett - Slytherin, 5th year, charming but aggressive, bisexual, has very bad moodswings.

Hmm, I have a feeling she'd get along with Charlie. Her relationship with Lucius is obvious :P I'm not sure how her and Scarlett would get on, however. Hermione doesn't discriminate by house and I have a feeling if the two were to become some sort of friends, Hermione would be loyal and always there for her, even through the mood swings, though that depends entirely on if Scarlett would even let Hermione try to be her friend. As for Nyx, it'd be interesting if she tried to seduce Hermione, where this could take place, I'm not sure. If you have any other ideas, lemme know cause I know I'm kinda sucking right now at coming up with plots<3

I think her and Nyx would be fun  We can play around, as Nyx is a vampire she is very typically seductive and very persuesive. I think it would be best to go with Charlie as a friend, Scarlett is a bit out of it at the moment. Shall we start some posts? |

"You're bloody brilliant, Hermione. Really." I think that, even in this reality, they truly would make good friends for each other. While Harry is a bit fiery-tempered and does tend to joke around just like any of the Weasleys can, he is a charming gentleman who would go to the ends of the earth for his companions and family. It would do some good for Hermione to have someone who is willing to stand in the line of fire before her; protect her as much as they can in their power. Plus, it would be nice to have a person with a brain and enough of a reserved personality to help wave off the flames of Harry's anger... So, close friends? It might be a bit of fun if they had feelings for each other, but I won't stray there unless you're fine with that. |

[/color][/size] Sure, close friends sounds good, though Hermione might get irritated with him at times for his impulsiveness to jump into situations without thinking first as well as his foolishness and martyr tendencies, but that's to be expected lol. They'd be really good friends, however, and provide a balance to each other. As for dating, no way (though that's totally not because I hate Harry & Hermione together in real life :3) Harry's not really her type and she doesn't have much time for relationships, preferring to focus on schoolwork and the like.[/font][/center][/blockquote][/blockquote] |

Since they are in the same year and Hermione is friends with Harry, obviously they know each other. I imagine they were rivals in school, and although he wasn't really one to start anything, in joining in with the other Slytherins, Shen could be quite nasty to her. So this would fall under enemies. But some plotting could be added in as well. Maybe they run into each other wherever Hermione goes outside school, or on the grounds?

Hermione && Theo Ditto the rivals. XD Theo is very smart, even though he detests with a passion letting many people know that. I would assume that they would know each other because of something like this Hermione -> best friends with Harry -> Harry -> related to Shen -> Shen -> best mates with Theo -> Theo. It's a "very" complicated thing to follow. (Sorry, sarcasm from lack of sleep~) Theo's best friend is also MIA in school, so Theo's kind of a puppy that's been kicked around-there but kinda not knowing what to do. I think it'd be interesting if when Harry was around when Shen and Hermione were interacting, that he would be really nice to her but as soon as Harry's back was turned, he'd resort to his old ways. Maybe Hermione could try telling Harry that her brother isn't as great as he thinks he is but Harry refuses to have it and it creates some drama between them? And it would be even better if Hermione ran into Shen all the time, she would get so frustrated inside, this will be fun :P[/font] HERMIONE & THEO ,[/color][/size] I think it'd be interesting if they were scholarly rivals and Theo really only hated Hermione because Shen did and as soon as Shen is out of the picture and Hermione finds him and helps him out, he realizes she's not so bad?
