The dungeon passages and rooms under the castle have stone walls and are lit by torches. It is damp and cold, and known Slytherin territory.

The Slytherin common room is a long, low-ceiling-ed, dungeon-like room filled with skulls and the like. There are high-backed chairs and a carved mantelpiece on the fireplace

The Chamber itself is a huge temple-like room with pillars and carved serpents. There is a massive statue of Salazar Slytherin at the far end from which the basilisk comes when summoned. Neville battled and defeated the basilisk here on May 29, 1993.

This is located right under the Great Hall. It is concealed behind the portrait of a bowl of fruit. What fruit do you tickle?

Vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling that mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor.

A long panelled room with mismatched, dark wooden chairs and a large wardrobe, sometimes inhabited by a boggart.

This is an empty classroom that is occupied by some old school desk and chairs. This room is laden with dust.

This is where you can store your broom. But who says it's just for brooms...

This is an out of order lavatory. Moaning Myrtle haunts this bathroom. And it's the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets.

This is an unused classroom. What will you use it for?

This is a forbidden corridor. This was first banned 6 years ago. No one knows why it still is forbidden.

This is where the Mirror of Erised was moved to after it finished it's job of protecting the sorcerer's stone. If you look in it, you will see your deepest desires.

Peeves likes to hang out here. This is also where the trick step is going up the stairs.

This is the bathroom reserved for Prefects, Head Boys/Girls, and Quidditch captains. It is a large bathroom, which has a huge pool for a bathtub. It even has a diving board!

This is a long and narrow hallway on the 6th floor.

This is a large corridor that has a statue of Gregory the Smarmy in the corner.

Usually home to most of the gryffindor's and rather busy for those students taking the classes such as divination and arithmancy.

Entrance behind a large painting of a Fat Lady in a pink silk dress in a corridor on the seventh floor. If you know the right password to tell her, she opens to reveal a round opening in the wall leading into the Gryffindor Common Room, which is the lowest floor of the tower .

This is where Astronomy classes are held, but when classes aren't in session, it is a great view of Hogwarts Grounds.

This is where you can send letters, with a school owl or your own owl. Your owl also goes here at night to sleep.

A very long spiral staircase leads to the attic-like divination classroom at the top of this tower. You enter through a trapdoor and emerge into a dark, stuffy room with lots of circular tables instead of desks. The smell of incense fills the air.

This is where the calm waters of the lake on Hogwarts grounds is. Watch out for the Giant Squid!

Sub-board: The Boathouse

This is near where Hagrid's Hut is. Relax, and enjoy the fresh air.

This is where Hagrid lives. It is on the edge of the Forbidden Forest. You don't have to go inside, you can enjoy the scenery.

This is the forbidden forest, that is forbidden to all students. Unless they are serving a detention here.

This is where a large tree is guarding a secret passage to the Shrieking Shack. Be careful, this tree fights back!

A large building with a bright, high ceiling, albeit slightly dirty; the Hogwarts Express departs from Platform Nine and Three-Quarters here on Sept. 1st at 11:00 each year.

Here's the central heart of the Wizarding World. Their Government building!

Tapping just the right brick in the wall behind the Leaky Cauldron in London ("Three up...two across...") will reveal an archway which is a portal into Diagon Alley, a long cobbled street where is to be found a strange and exciting assortment of shops and restaurants.

Not a place you want to be seen at. Shady things happen here.

This is where you can go to visit sick people, or when you're seriously sick go here to be healed.

This is the only full wizarding town, with many shops and houses, the Hogwarts students 3rd year and above visit every once and awhile.

You can visit relatives imprisoned here, just be careful not to provoke the dementors!

This is where the muggles live. You can go anywhere in the world. You will find the things that are in muggle England here. Even a few wizarding places.

This is the small village where Harry grew up. You can only visit on holidays.

A small village out in the country. The Weasley, Diggory and Lovegood families live in the area, along with a number of Muggles.

Home to Bill and Fleur Weasley, this small cottage by the sea has become a safe house for the Order and its allies.

Another isolated village, this one situated in a valley and hidden by trees. This is where the Gaunts and Tom Riddle Sr. once lived; Voldemort made his comeback in the town graveyard.

This is where all wizarding houses both those who are muggle born and pureblood will be unless of course you live in Godric's hollow.

A large, handsome manor house surrounded by ornate gardens and enclosed by wrought iron gates in Wiltshire houses the Malfoy family.
However, it has now been turned into the Death Eaters' base.

Where the land drops steeply to meet the crashing sea. A cave beneath was once home to a Horcrux before it was stolen by Regulus Black.

Nowadays any magical person found here is on the run. Large and dense, this forest is the perfect place to camp out and not be found.

The United States of America. This of course is referred to as the States by a few people and the USA by many others,

So full of history and suspense.

The sites of Pyramids and endless deserts are what you find here. Great places for vacations if you like such things.

It has been rumored that some of Voldemort's supports can be found hiding out here deep in the forests.

Those who work with Dragon's are generally out here.

What a place for Love and Romance...least that's what we all would like to think....
